WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We’ll do whatever’s necessary to make you happy with your Fair Morning purchase. Your satisfaction is our biggest concern. If you aren’t totally happy with any full sale domestic purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund. Any refunds will be made through your original form of payment. Items must not have been used, altered or washed. All discounted items can be either exchanged or returned for store credit, no refunds. All international orders are final sale.

To complete your return or exchange, please email contact@fairmorning.com with your order number and your reason for returning your item(s). 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND TIMELINES?

Once you’ve placed an order, our goal is to get it out the door within 24-48 hours (with the exception of orders placed on Saturdays). We will issue you a tracking number once your package has been boxed and shipped. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the shipping service. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there are any issues or concerns.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

All international orders are sent via USPS International Priority Mail. We cannot suggest a delivery time as it varies from country to country. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned by the shipping carrier.

 

CAN I WASH MY BAG?

Yes, bags are machine washable on cold, hang to dry.
